BEACH BREATH CO. by HEAVY BREATH CO. over 40 minutes of improvised Hardcore Surf Rock, recorded from start to finish in a single session with zero preparation or premeditation, birthing 13 instantly distinct and classic songs inspired by the beach.

This LP introduces two new musicians to the band – Harry Miller providing relentless, driving, thunderous live drums, and for the first time on tape ever, Kofi Royale bringing flawless but barely audible funk and soul guitar riffs amidst the miasma of gnarly, system busting, raw audio. Accompanied by Prince Massacre's signature morfo womp bass guitar groove and the endlessly inspired and cryptically incoherent howling prose of Tex Royale (where possible, lyrics have been decyphered in a painstaking process of listening to the material over and over in slow-motion in order to fully grasp and reinterpret Tex’s uninhibited, lucid lyrical genius).

Listeners are warned – while a degree of dedicated editing efforts were made to ensure the material showcased on this LP would be level and safe for your listening pleasure – the waveforms of the original recordings, captured through a pocket-sized field recorder, are impenetrable walls of sound. For this reason, our audience is advised to turn the volume down slightly before listening and gradually finding a level you are comfortable with.

Rugged hyper-lo-fi recording quality aside, the glowing potent energy of BEACH BREATH CO. can not be denied – it needs to be experienced, no matter what the cost. Despite having never performed together as an ensemble, possessing little if any collective technical know-how, the immediate sensation of seamless transitional flow from one fully formed
high impact song to another is a marvel to behold.

On that note, know that BEACH BREATH CO. is the first in a series of barely mastered releases recorded during improvised studio sessions – all of which share to certain extents the same twisted fate of raucous, garbled gnarliness in the final "master" cuts. Truly, HEAVY BREATH CO. is a live experience. You have to be there to fully experience the hypnotic sway of the morfo womp groove – but now, thank goodness, the magical enchantment of HEAVY BREATH CO. is yours to cherish and call your own.
